The room was well furnished and great value here with airco. The location was comfortable - ease of access to Toniolo Theatre. And the area was secure, near to Venice for the Biennale in Oct 2012, Venice airport and center.

This hotel met requirements, we would definitely recommend to anyone. Peaceful venue, the staff were all top-class and very amiable and the location was absolutely perfect to the shopping area in Mestre.

The breakfast was very good. The locasion is perfect if you dont want to stay in Venice (only 10-15 minutes by bus). The hotel staff was very helpful and informative and they could speak English (Very important for Italy.) Clean room. Working lift.

We were so satisfied and happy during our stay in the hotel. The staff were so accomodating helpful and friendly. We would like to commend the receptionist, Miss April, who attended to us and displayed excellent customer service. Prior to our check-in we called to inform them that we will arrive late and she was kind to have waited for us until we arrive and gave us information we needed to tour the city with ease. She went the extra mile to have treated us as guests in the hotel. One salute to you Ms April. The location was fine, it was just15min bus ride to venice city center plus the price was really worth it compared to venice hotels. It´s also close to Marco Polo airport. The entire hotel was clean with new facilities. Breakfast was good. I would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody who wish to visit Venice.

Very nice rooms, spacious and clean. My stay was for business but for the closeness of public services have also managed to visit over venice and mestre. the bus stop is 2 minutes from the hotel and arrive in 10 minutes to Piazzale Roma. the kindness of the staff made ​​me feel at home and excellent breakfast, very high quality. I recommend it to anyone who would like to visit Venice with an excellent quality and price.I definitely will go back for my next business trips and also for pleasure.

The location of the hotel was great, close to the town centre and the bus station to Venice, which was very convenient for exploring the city. The staff was welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast was satisfactory. The room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay.

There were some minor flaws with the room. The internet connection was slow and occasionally failed, which was a bit frustrating.
